Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders across India
• No minimum order value required for free shipping

Order processing and dispatch

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are usually processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Most confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours of processing.

Estimated delivery timeline

• Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days
• Non-metro locations: typically 3–7 business days
• Final delivery timelines may vary by pincode and courier network availability.

Tracking and delays

• Tracking details are shared after dispatch via SMS/email/WhatsApp (where available).
• Once an order is handed to the courier partner, live scans, delivery attempts, and final delivery timing are handled by the courier network.
• During peak periods, weather disruptions, pincode-level route delays, or logistics delays, delivery timelines may extend.
• KidKik will help track and escalate delayed shipments where possible, but final delivery timelines remain subject to courier partner operations.

Personalized products and courier delays

• Personalized products are made specially for your child after order confirmation, so courier delay alone is not treated as a cancellation reason.
• If a personalized order is not delivered within 15 days of dispatch, our team will cancel the order and issue a refund.
